  • Natalie Comerford Dadey

I love cats and Pilates! I have loved cats for my entire life and they rule my heart and my home. My first introduction to Pilates was in an article I had read about the topic, while I was in school for Respiratory Therapy. I promised myself that I would try a class as soon as time allowed. Once my registries for Respiratory and Polysomnography were accomplished, I found a mat class and fell in love with Pilates. I had been practicing Pilates for about 5 years when my mat instructor at that time, encouraged me to take a teacher training workshop. The workshop coincided with what would have been my late husband's birthday, the year that he passed-2007. I liked the idea of doing something positive and constructive in memorial. Later that year, the opportunity to teach mat Pilates presented itself. I was offered a job teaching mat Pilates 3X weekly, to a very receptive and enthusiastic group of attendees. It was a blessing in my life to find myself in a position to project positivity. My experience as a mat instructor lead to other teaching opportunities, including my work with individuals with Parkinson's disease. My classes with this special population comprise the brunt of my busy teaching schedule. Pilates has been the gift that changed my body and my life and now I get to help others work successfully in all of my classes..... And what we love best about Natalie is that she is fun and quirky and proud of it!!

  • Tina Gingras

It was the combination of rehabilitating the body and the mind that led Tina on her journey to becoming a Pilates Instructor. When struggling to reestablish her ‘normal’ workout routine after recovery from breast cancer, Tina was encouraged to try Pilates by her aunt a veteran Pilates instructor with over 30-years of experience. Having participated in sports throughout school and her military career, Tina has always been physically active and believed fitness was foundational to healthy lifestyle. However, not until she became hooked on Pilates did she realize its benefit in sculpting the body but also clearing your mind, giving you energy and serenity. After practicing for a couple of years, she decided to pursue certification in 2015. Since that time, she has enjoyed introducing her love of Pilates to clients and observing in them the same mind-body transformation and is now a Club Pilates Lead Instructor. Tina strives to learn as much as she can about fitness and is always looking for new ways to work out to keep thinks fun and fresh. Along with maintaining her ACE Group Instructor certification, she maintains a Level II TRX and Barre certification. Her practice of Pilates has become a way of life and the fact she can share it with others is just icing on the cake!
