Dr. Maxwell Johnson, DMD

Born and raised in Tucson, Dr. Max is a proud graduate of Mountain View High School and the University of Arizona (Bear Down!). He completed dental school in the top 5 of his class at the University of Nevada Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine. Afterward, he completed a General Practice Residency at Lehigh Valley Hospital Network, deepening his expertise in implant, orthodontic, and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Max is committed to ongoing professional development, pursuing advanced training with the Implant Pathways and Kois Training continuums. Dr. Max is passionate about dentistry and helping patients experience extraordinary care and a beautifully healthy smile they’ll be proud to share with the world. As a lifelong learner, he’s dedicated to staying on the leading edge of the latest technologies, techniques, and treatment options for patients. Dr. Max is married to Dr. Sarah Chang and is the proud parent of two amazing kids, Bryce and Aria. He enjoys traveling, running, cycling, and playing golf whenever possible.

Dr. Kelly Lee earned her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, graduating magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Pittsburgh, also earning a Conceptual Foundations of Medicine Certificate. She received her Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Lee is dedicated to providing warm, people-first, and precise dental care for all ages. She enjoys building trustful relationships with her patients and is attentive to their needs and comfort. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Lee is a dog mom to two rescue pups, enjoys going to the gym, weight training, savoring Korean food, and is a fan of true crime and mystery topics.

Bringing several years of clinical experience in private dental offices, community dental clinics, and academic settings, Dr. Jadeja has worked with diverse populations of all ages. Her expertise includes Advanced Education in General Dentistry from Nova Southeastern University, experience in special care dentistry for adults with medical and intellectual disabilities, and a Master’s in Public Health from UCLA. She’s recognized with awards for special care dentistry and research, and is active in the American Dental Association, Arizona Dental Association, and Southern Arizona Dental Society. Outside the office, she finds joy in traveling, reading, hiking, and spending time with her family and friends.

Originally from Louisville, GA, Dr. Macy Unruh attended Georgia College and State University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology, summa cum laude. She then obtained her doctorate from the Dental College of Georgia. During dental school, Dr. Unruh held leadership roles in the American Association of Women Dentists and was involved in organizations including the Christian Medical and Dental Association, Student National Dental Association, and American Student Dental Association. Dr. Unruh is deeply passionate about comprehensive, compassionate dentistry and finds joy in helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. She recently relocated to Arizona with her fiancé, Nick, and enjoys golf, time with family and friends, and her cavapoo, Nelson.
