Robert C Bowman
FounderOur founder, Robert C. Bowman, has been a general contractor since 1972. While tutoring contractors to pass the state contractor license test, he saw the need to assist contractors in setting up successful business. He began providing business law and trade seminars with emphasis on operating a successful business. Not long after starting the seminars, the he found that contractors were frustrated with the state’s bureaucracy with regard to filing all the paperwork to get the business set up. Robert began to offer company name registration, application filing, insurance, and payroll services. This was the beginning of the Contractor License Center.
