Hello, my name is Jerri Ann Hooper and I began my career with Christian Care Companies Fellowship Square Tucson in December 2011 and I love my job! I have over twenty years of experience in Sales & Marketing, an extensive background in customer service, retail management, sales outreach, and fifteen years in the Senior Retirement industry. My profession has given me many chances to serve on numerous non-profit organizations such as Twilight Wish Foundation, Alzheimer’s Association, Health &Wellness Marketing Group, Pima Council on Aging, and the Diaper Bank assisting with development of programs to enrich our senior’s lifestyle. As the Sales and Marketing Director, every day I and my team have the opportunity to assist our seniors with one of the most challenging decisions they will have to make in their lifetime, moving from their home to a Retirement Community. At Fellowship Square Tucson our team of dedicated and loyal staff members make that easy! It has been both a blessing and privilege for me to working for Christian Care Companies and to have found my niche in the Senior Industry.

Hello, I have been in food service for more than 35 years. I have 26 years of food service management experience and a degree in Culinary Arts Food Service Management. I moved to Phoenix from New Jersey in 1981. I was hired by the Hill Haven Corp; I managed the food service department in three of their retirement communities, Camlu Retirement Apartments in Phoenix & Mesa then at Olive Grove Retirement Apartments in Phoenix. In 1986 I was transferred to Tucson to open and manage the food service department for their newest property Campana del Rio. I worked for Hill Haven for 14 years. In 1994, I made a change from retirement communities and accepted a position with the Teen Choice Leadership Academy in Phoenix (a charter school) as Assistant to the Food Service Supervisor). There I followed the Department of Education’s Child Nutrition program to ensure that all meals and snacks met the nutritional requirements. I also received training on meal reimbursements and commodities allocations. In 1997 I accepted the position of Director of Dining Services with Drake Management Company, which later merged with Morrison Senior Dining. I managed the food service department for both of their communities, Camelot Gardens Retirement Community in Sun City, AZ and Sun Terrace Retirement Apartments in Mesa, before being transferred to Fellowship Square- Tucson in 2001. Morrison's Fellowship Square contract ended 4-30-05. Feeling blessed to be part of the Christian Care Companies I accepted the position to continue employment with Fellowship Square Tucson, as the in house Director of Dining Services. I am blessed to have an outstanding management team, our food and staffs are the top of the line, it shows in all we do. I encourage you to come in for a tour and have a meal on us, you won’t be disappointed!

My name is Debbie Wall, I am the Dining Room Manager and I have been with Fellowship Square since 2008. Born in Kansas City, Mo. and married with four grown children. I love camping, sports, motorcycles and most of all family time. I feel very blessed to have the opportunity to work with our outstanding food service staff and very honored to serve our wonderful residents. For over 20 years I traveled the country as a business consultant and business owner for a large international corporation. My business beliefs have never wavered; treat people with respect, fairness and kindness, and give them great value for their dollar. Those same principals are what attracted me to Fellowship Square, the people we serve and the team we have, are the reasons I thoroughly enjoy every day.

Hi! My name is Al Story and I have the privilege of being the chaplain here at Fellowship Square, Tucson. I have been a licensed and ordained evangelical Christian minister for 20 years, and hold a Master of Divinity degree. I have served on staff at churches in California and Arizona for approximately 5 years before God called me to serve here at Fellowship Square Tucson. I have been the spiritual leader and minister here for 10 years, having joined the Christian Care team in June 2003. We here at Christian Care Companies realize that people are not limited to the physical, mental and emotional segments of life. We understand the reality that we were created by the Lord, and that as such, we also have an area of need for the spiritual. We have an innate ability and need for spiritual interaction with the God who made us. I am the one here at Fellowship Square who has the privilege of addressing and meeting our residents’ interests or needs in the emotional, mental and especially, spiritual areas of life. In order to meet those needs, I minister in a variety of ways. I do limited counseling, make welcome visits to our new residents, visit our hospitalized residents (at all levels of care), lead several Bible studies during the week, oversee Sunday afternoon on-site worship services, offer a comprehensive and extremely effective grief recovery class, and network with church and government leaders here in Tucson, which allows more people to learn who we are and how we can help them. If you have any questions about Fellowship Square or my ministry here, please feel free to give me a call. I’d be happy to talk with you and answer any questions you may have. We welcome you to our home. It’s a great place to live, and a great place to work, and I wholeheartedly echo the sentiment: Fellowship Square is Tucson’s best choice for senior living!

Hello, my name is Andrea Perez. I have been an employee of Fellowship Square since November 2012. I oversee the Activities, Transportation and Fitness Departments. I find working in the non-profit sector to be very rewarding. I have a degree in Culinary Arts, as well as 15 years of event planning experience, which I put to use every day. I believe the key to longevity for our residents is giving them opportunities to enjoy themselves and bond with their neighbors at Fellowship Square. Our Activities Department provides residents with life enriching activities like: concerts, presentations, dances, art lessons, resident led game and discussion groups, craft fairs and more. Transportation gives our residents the freedom to experience Tucson’s arts and culture through trips to the opera, symphony and theatrical productions. We also make life easy by offering transportation to shopping, banking and keeping their medical appointments. Senior Fitness keeps our residents vibrant and feeling young by providing them with several types of classes from Strength and Tone to Aquamotion. Senior Fitness also offers personal training sessions to all of our residents. Each of these three departments, and the staff working in them, are essential in keeping them active and healthy. I am a Tucson native and the mother to two wonderful children. In my spare time I love to cook, bake, go camping and hiking, and travel. I feel blessed to be a part of Fellowship Square doing my dream job. I truly enjoy working with our residents and cherish the relationships that I have developed in the last three years.
