Each patient knows themselves, their experiences, and their values far better than I do, and my goal is to combine their expertise of themselves with my expertise of mental and physical well-being. This allows us to create a treatment plan that is tailored to each person’s needs and personal goals. I also firmly believe that it is my responsibility to earn each patient’s trust through creating a safe and judgement-free space for them to enter at every appointment.
