Dr. Karen Wheeler was born in Virginia and now resides in Tucson with her husband and their dogs. Dr. Wheeler is a distinguished graduate of Virginia Military Institute in Lexington, VA. She received a PhD in Experimental Pathology, a Master of Science in Clinical Research and earned her medical degree all from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia. Dr. Wheeler also completed her Residency at the University of Virginia in 2018 and recently completed her Fellowship in Urologic Oncology at the University of Texas Health Center, San Antonio.
