Dr. Jitender Munjal, MD is a board-certified cardiologist and electrophysiologist who treats every patient with the compassion he would give his own family, grounded in evidence-based medicine. Born in New Delhi, India, he earned his medical degree from Maulana Azad Medical College and completed fellowships at the University of Cincinnati in Heart Failure and Cardiac Transplant, Cardiovascular Diseases, and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology. A Fellow of the Heart Rhythm Society, he has a special interest in complex cardiac ablations for atrial fibrillation and ventricular tachycardia, device implants and laser lead extractions. He is board certified in Advanced Heart Failure and Cardiac Transplant, Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology, Cardiovascular Diseases and Internal Medicine, and speaks Hindi and Punjabi.
